Western Carolina University held the “Darrah Carr Irish Dance” on Thursday, March 10 in the Bardo Arts Center. “Darrah Carr” is a team of dancers that mixes traditional Irish step dancing with a unique take on contemporary tap dancing.
The performance started out with the basic Irish step dancing everyone is likely familiar with and as the performance progressed it became more intricate and intimate with its delivery. There were even humorous moments in the dances,giving what could be a typical tap dance some flavor.
